**Job Title:** Accounting Specialist

**Location:** Orrville, OH (Fully Onsite)

**Schedule:** Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Direct Hire

**Salary:** $60,000–$70,000 + Bonus

Job Description:

A growing third-party logistics organization is seeking a skilled **Accounting Specialist** to join their team. This company is family-owned, people-focused, and known for its award-winning workplace culture. Their teams use industry-leading proprietary software to support customers across diverse industries and deliver exceptional supply chain solutions every day.

What You’ll Do:

+ Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas

+ Monitor and track budget performance and highlight significant variances

+ Review AP/AR transactions and address inquiries

+ Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

+ Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and analysis

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of corporate accounting experience

+ Strong knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and general accounting principles

+ Ability to analyze financial data and identify variances or trends

+ Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems

+ Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
