Your New Role...
We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Product Manager to join the DTC Data Product Compliance team. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director of Privacy, Data Product Compliance. You will be working cross-functionally within the Product & Design organization across multiple product verticals: engineering, legal, data science, analytics, advertising, and marketing with a focus on User Privacy and Compliance across all our DTC products and brands. You will be defining scalable solutions that integrate across WBD’s DTC platforms supporting a wide range of clients, data use cases, and business platforms. You will be motivated to dive deep into the rapidly evolving tech landscape, rapidly changing regulatory environment, and legal nuances across multiple global regions where we operate.

You are a highly effective communicator and can build trust with all areas of the business. You must be comfortable regularly engaging with executive leadership to effectively communicate governance and compliance requirements and secure alignment on product roadmap priorities. You can work autonomously, have strong organizational and analytical skills, and are a proven collaborator and problem solver.
Your Role Accountabilities...
+ Provide product expertise and thought leadership in the areas of backend data compliance and privacy, with an understanding of how regulations and partner requirements impact and influence use of data across various business processes and functions
+ Evaluate and recommend innovations and enhancements to improve tooling for data classification and data enablement
+ Gather, define, and clearly document data use cases through partnership with stakeholders, including Data Platform Engineering, Data Science (ML/AI), Advertising, Marketing, Analytics, Experimentation, Research, Fraud & Abuse
+ Partner with Principal Engineers to review engineering solution architecture documentation; adeptly translate legal requirements language to help catch lost-in-translation and other implementation planning errors
+ Operate well in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge, drill into business data and research results to identify clear direction and focus
+ Stay informed on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in data handling to assess their impact on maintaining compliance and their potential for novel privacy solutions
+ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to enable customer focused features with a “privacy by design” approach
+ Promote a culture of privacy awareness and compliance throughout the organization
+ Build healthy, trusting relationships and contribute to a culture of respect by giving feedback respectfully, exchanging ideas openly, and receiving feedback humbly
Qualifications & Experience...
+ 5+ years of Data Governance or backend/platform Product Management experience within a technology or digital organization
+ 2+ years of experience with technical frameworks in the MarTech and/or AdTech domain
+ Proficiency with analyzing technical architecture diagrams and creating data flows
+ Experience partnering with technical teams on highly complex projects
+ In-depth knowledge of global privacy landscape and technologies preferred
+ Commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture built on empathy
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on documentation that communicates complex subject matter simply and clearly
+ Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
+ Detail-oriented; self-starter, accountable, and empowered
+ Curiosity and a willingness to learn

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $98,070.00 - $182,130.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
