CIBC Bank USA seeks a Senior Director, Risk Reporting and Innovation to advise the Chief Risk Officer on CIBC’s aggregate risk profile. Maintain systems and processes to aggregate risk data and provide a comprehensive view to the Board of Directors. Design and compile board reports reflecting CIBC’s risk profile and tailored to the Board’s needs. Assess and automate key processes across Enterprise Risk Management, leveraging data tools and platforms. Manage ad hoc projects related to remediating risk issues, including creating new methodologies or procedures to address material financial and non-financial risks. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field, and 5 years of experience with continuous improvement and process automation, including implementing technical information systems. Experience must include at minimum: 5 years of experience with risk management within the financial services industry; 5 years of experience with developing reports, dashboards, and visualization tools; 5 years of experience with relational database design and query languages; and 5 years of experience with project management, including assessing business needs, defining business requirements, and coordinating technology efforts towards delivery of solutions.
