_The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule_ **_YEAR-ROUND_** _._
Your Responsibilities
As a **Part-Time Student** for **Quality Engineer-Technical,** you will:
+ Conduct weekly warranty reviews/analysis for Crop Care products
+ Work with warranty team to determine if action is required and drive resolution
+ Support Data Analysis Team (DAT) meetings with warranty data and Evidence Packages, Update SharePoint and Shared Drives
+ Perform various analytical exercises that support Crop Care product teams and their efforts to reduce warranty

What Skills You Need
+ Ideally you will be pursuing a technical degree such as Engineering, Computer Science, etc.; others may apply
+ Must be registered as a full-time student at an accredited university
+ Graduation date of May 2027 or later
+ Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
+ 16-20 hours/week during the academic year
+ 30-40 hours/week during the summer semester
+ Willingness to learn John Deere warranty tools and systems
What Makes You Stand Out

+ Understanding of farming equipment and systems
+ Desire to resolve engineering problems
+ Good understanding of Excel (data manipulation and pivot tables)
+ Knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI
