We deliver and coordinate a continuum of high-quality healthcare with the goal of improving the health of our communities. *JOB SUMMARY* Provides regional support to program total joint to enhance patient throughput, experience and outcomes. Utilizes data collected to make informed decisions to drive outcomes. *Education:*BSN required; Master's degree in nursing or health/business field preferred *Experience*: At least three (3) years of experience in a clinical area (such as orthopedics) or program management. Three (3) years of orthopedic experience preferred. *Licensure, Certification, Registration:*Current State of CT RN license; Certified Orthopedic Nurse Certified (ONC) preferred. *Language Skills:*Highly effective verbal and written and communication skills We take great care of careers.
