    The Web Development and Marketing Advisor oversees the visual design of the corporate website, Zebra.com and its underlying technology platform, Adobe Experience Manager. The role is responsible for translating business requirements from stakeholders into new visual design elements and functionality for the development team. Additional facets of the role comprise of assisting the development and content teams in the production of work as needed along with presenting finished work to stakeholders and agencies. This may include playing the role of a business analyst, web designer, content author, tester or any other role the team needs to deliver the work.

    Responsibilities:

    + Work with business stakeholders to define vision and scope for a suite of products including Zebra.com, portals and other digital properties

    + Effectively communicate the vision for our suite of products to internal and external teams

    + Be the primary resource for questions about the details of the product(s) design and functionality through interaction with internal resources, customers and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements

    + Work with Product Owners to proactively manage and prioritize a product backlog according to business value, complexity, and expectations

    + Develop and maintain Figma documentation.

    + Design component enhancements, page designs, and necessary image or video assets

    + Collaborate with the development team to define, design, accept and adapt features; Ensure each iteration delivers expected business result

    + Coordinate communication between development team and stakeholders regarding goals, requirements and business needs

    + Support on-going team feature work as needed helping QA, BA, build content pages, or any other cross-functional need the development teams have

    Qualifications:

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Technology, or a related field

    + 8+ years of developing software projects in an agile development environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience managing digital content and webpages

    + Proficiency with web design software, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

    + Experience managing digital content and webpages

    + Experience using JIRA

    + Experience with web and mobile development technologies

    + Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

    + Ability to pick up technical and business concepts quickly

    + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    + Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills

    Salary: USD 106800.00 - USD 160200.00 Yearly

     

    Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

     

    Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
