    The Manager of Technology Resilience – Digital Technology is a leader that is responsible for ensuring the resilience of digital infrastructure and systems through robust risk mitigation strategies, disaster recovery planning, cybersecurity collaboration, and compliance oversight. The Manager serves as an advisor to senior leadership, aligning resilience initiatives with clinical, operational, and strategic priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Digital Technology Resilience

    + Manage the strategic maturation and execution of disaster recovery plans for mission-critical systems and services.

    + Lead cross-functional resilience tabletop exercises and participate in post-incident reviews to ensure organizational preparedness.

    + Partner with leadership in other enterprise resilience spaces to align digital technology efforts with broader system emergency and business continuity response protocols.

    + Support audits and regulatory inspections related to digital infrastructure resilience practices.

    + Lead a diverse technology resilience team in their day-to-day operations.

    + Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and documentation related to technology resilience.

    Strategic Leadership & Communication

    + Serve as an advisor to the Senior Director and Director of Digital Technology Risk Assurance on technology resilience planning.

    + Oversee resilience committees and contribute to enterprise resilience initiatives with a focus on digital technology.

    + Design and deliver training programs and standard operating procedures on resilience procedures and best practices.

    + Promote a culture of resilience within the organization.

    + Monitor and report on resilience metrics to stakeholders.

    + Provide leadership and subject matter expertise on technology recovery methodologies taking into account resiliency best practice and industry standards.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

    + 5+ years of experience in IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or Resilience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

    + Experience in a healthcare setting or health system environment is strongly preferred.

    Certifications (Preferred, not required):

    + Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)

    + Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

    Skills & Competencies:

    + Deep understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems and digital risk landscapes.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    + Possesses a holistic view with the ability to align technology resilience initiatives with overall business strategy.

    + Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including C-suite.

    + Proficient in resilience tools, data analysis platforms, and reporting dashboards.

    + Adaptability and continuous learning of new threats and emerging technologies.
