Overview

Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is looking for a **Tax Analyst** to join the corporate team in our **Raleigh, NC** office. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

+ Managing sales and use tax filings and compliance across the United States

+ Assist with federal, state, and international income tax planning projects

+ Research and resolve notices received from various taxing jurisdictions

+ Coordinate with and gather information requested for income tax audits

+ Prepare various year-end tax calculations and support for annual tax provision

+ Assist with monthly tax projections and perform corporate tax account reconciliations

+ Assist with the preparation of international tax filings

+ Prepare and remit estimated tax payments

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, CPA required

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

+ Excellent quantitative skills combined with an ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations

+ High degree of professionalism and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization from new hires to senior executives

+ Exceptional client service mentality and strong work ethic

+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements

+ Must be an excellent team player as well as work independently

+ Excellent organization, detail-orientation, and follow-through skills
