RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the overall infrastructure operations environment, including system uptime, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery support.

+ Direct daily NOC/SOC operational activities.

+ Ensure compliance with availability, incident, and change management processes.

+ Coordinate with System, Network, and Storage Engineers for proactive remediation.

+ Maintain configuration documentation and monitoring dashboards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

+ Bachelor’s Degree in IT Systems or Engineering.

+ Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation; CompTIA Network+; PMP optional.

+ Experience: 8–10 years in IT operations leadership.

+ Clearance: Public Trust – Moderate Risk.
