    Job Description

    **Drive success in aerospace and defense programs.** Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience delivering advanced microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for mission-critical applications. Our technologies support aviation, radar, Satcom, space, and electronic warfare systems worldwide.     What you’ll do

    + Support program management for projects entering or ramping up production

    + Track milestones and ensure customer deliverables are met

    + Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues and keep programs on schedule

    + Assist with budget analysis and capacity planning

    + Help identify opportunities to grow business within key accounts

    + Ensure compliance with financial and contractual requirements

    + Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and customers

    + Contribute to problem-solving and process improvements

    What you need

    + Strong organizational and communication skills (required)

    + Ability to analyze data and solve practical problems (required)

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (required)

    + 1–3 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations in aerospace or defense (required)

    + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics disciplines (advantage)

    + PMP certification (advantage)

    + Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (required)

    Salary Range:

    $77,000.00-$102,600.000
