The Director of Facilities Management and Construction demonstrates the ability to effectively manage department quality service, budgets and staffing. Also, appropriately establishes priorities within the department and facility. Demonstrates ability to anticipate problems and works effectively to resolve issues and communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing to patients, physicians, administration, peers and staff. Must have a willingness to participate in guidance and counseling of personnel.

Job Summary and Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

+ Bachelor of Science or equivalent preferred

+ Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR for Healthcare Providers must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

+ Knowledgeable of local, state and federal regulations that impact areas of responsibility

+ Proficiency in computer skills and public speaking skills
