Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a RN House Supervisor for our Nursing Administrative Team. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a high acuity environment in a leadership role. What you will do in this role:

+ **You will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the hospital during your designated shift.**

+ **You will assist in the coordination and facilitation of patient care and hospital operations.**

+ **You will provide supervision, leadership, direction, and clinical support to assure the delivery of quality patient-centered care.**

What qualifications you will need:

+ **Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required, BSN is strongly preferred**

+ **Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license**

+ **A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required**

+ **A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Health Care Provider is preferred but not required**

+ **Minimum of Five (5) years’ clinical experience in a hospital environment is required.**

+ **Two (2) years’ experience in supervisory and/or management role is preferred. Critical Care experience is preferred.**

This is a Full Time, Night Shift position. Shifts are 12 hours in length (approximately 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).

Rotating Weekends and Holidays are required.
