    ### Job Duties

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The essence of this role is to ensure quality plastic rotational molded parts through molding techniques while adhering to company policies and procedures.

     

    Makes the plastic element of a playground such as swings, small/large slides, tunnels, and more!

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Mold plastic parts while maintaining the efficiency and quality goals set in the department

     

    Set up and load molding machine per job order specifications

     

    Ensure accuracy of parts and inventory by ensuring proper inspecting and labeling techniques

     

    Comply with all safety requirements

     

    Rotate to other areas of the department to assist team members, when needed.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    High school diploma/GED preferred

     

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Ability to follow standard work and operating procedures

     

    Able to lift 50 lbs.

     

    Comfortable with grasping and pulling products and machines frequently

    The target hourly range is $19.50 - $22.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities.
