    Delta’s

    Global Health and Wellbeing Team works across Delta to create JOY and enhance

    the health and wellbeing of its employees, customers, communities, and partners.

    To deliver on this mission, Global Health and Wellbeing’s Integration Team is

    responsible for establishing, promoting, and prioritizing Delta’s health and

    wellbeing goals and objectives.

     

    The Project

    Leader – Strategy Alignment will be responsible for supporting Global Health

    and Wellbeing’s Integration Team. The individual will lead high-profile

    initiatives that support the health & wellbeing of Delta people while

    partnering cross-divisionally with other organizations within Delta, with Delta

    leadership and externally with vendors and business partners. The Project Leader

    will leverage skills in strategic thinking, cross-divisional coordination, and

    project and data management in order to assist Global Health and Wellbeing

    leaders to execute on strategy. This role will be part of a strong team who

    will work closely with many Division leaders to develop and deliver outcomes

    that align with Global Health and Wellbeing’s short- and long-term business

    strategies.

     

    This

    position is based in Atlanta, GA.

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    + Abilityto manage complex, high-profile projects, drive action and timely follow-up withboth internal stakeholders and external business partners to establish programsand partnerships that enhance the health and wellbeing of Delta people.

    + Comfortableworking with and presenting to Delta executive leadership.

    + Abilityto remove roadblocks to success through strong relationships, effectivecommunication, and creative solutions to new and long-standing challenges.

    + Curiosityand willingness to work on additional projects as needed, including reportingand ad hoc analytical requests.

    + Abilityto gain alignment on key performance measures and report program performanceand effectiveness to executive leaders and other stakeholders throughout eachprogram phase.

    + Criticalthinking skills to create and translate analysis into clear insights.

    + Demonstratedability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment toassess cross-divisional business challenges and create a streamlined approachtoward a solution, for both the short-term and long-term.

    + Self-starterinitiative to push towards next steps with minimal supervision.

    + Abilityto learn quickly, navigate ambiguous problems, and approach work in a flexibleway.

    + Mustbe highly proficient in written and oral communication and able to produceconcise, relevant, strategically driven documents and presentations for seniorleaders with a keen eye toward precision and detail.

    + Possesses analytical mindset andinnate curiosity, valuing research, insight, metrics, and data-drivendecision-making.

    + Embracediverse people, thinking and styles.

    + Consistentlymakes safety, security, and wellbeing of self and others, the priority.

    + Advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, andPowerPoint.

    + Desire to learn new project managementsoftware tools.

    + Satisfactoryperformance in current position.

    + BS/BA,in a relevant field; advantage to candidates with 5+ years of relevant workexperience.

    + Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

    + Embracesdiverse people, thinking, and styles.

    + Possessesa high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

    + Isat least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

    + Expert abilities in Microsoft Office(including PowerPoint, Excel) to synthesize datapoints into a cohesive story.
