About The Role:
+ Location: Downtown Baltimore, MD
+ Duration: 16 weeks starting December (4–5 months)
+ Schedule: 20–30 hours/week, in-office 3 days per week
+ Start Date: ASAP
Shape your future with CBRE, the global leader in commercial real estate services. Our Advisory Services Occupier team in Baltimore is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Winter Intern to join us for an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
+ Support transaction managers with critical behind-the-scenes tasks.
+ Pull and analyze market data and reports using CoStar and CBRE tools.
+ Assist with Excel-based reporting, data management, and client deliverables.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of occupier transactions.
+ Gain exposure to real-world projects and advisory processes.
What You’ll Need:
+ Availability to work 3 days per week in-office during the school year.
+ Current college student – undergraduate or graduate
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
+ Interest in commercial real estate and advisory services.
+ Desire to learn about the commercial real estate industry
+ Experience with MS Office with preferred experience in Salesforce and Tableau
+ Strong presentation skills
+ Ability to network and develop positive relationships
+ Diligent and highly organized
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Maryland Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The minimum salary for the Intern position is $17.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Intern position is $17.95 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
