Summary
Responsible for the daily coordination and continuous improvement of facilities and fleet operations across Parkview’s PPG practices and real-estate portfolio. Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling, fleet management, and work-order/incident tracking to ensure timely, cost-effective service delivery. Uses the FSI work order system, GPS/Fleet (Samsara), and dashboards to monitor and report performance metrics. Partners with leaders, vendors, and coworkers to support growth and operational excellence, ensuring all facilities meet Parkview standards and comply with TJC, OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.
Education
Associate’s degree in Business Management required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred.
Licensure/Certification
Valid Indiana State Driver’s License required. OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 certifications required (or obtained within one year). Must complete Parkview training in FSI, GPS/Fleet (Samsara), and Kahua (CPMS) within the first year.
Experience
Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in facilities, property management, or fleet operations, including planning, scheduling, and vendor coordination
Other Qualifications
Demonstrated skill in CMMS/work order systems, fleet telematics, and data visualization (e.g., dashboards). Strong vendor-negotiation and customer-service skills with the ability to partner effectively with PPG leaders, Supply Chain, EVS, clinical teams, and Real Estate. Proven ability to analyze cost and operational data to drive efficiency improvements. Ability to lift 25 pounds and to work flexibly during seasonal peaks or emergencies.
