WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At Nike, we believe that every role contributes to our mission: _bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete_ — and if you have a body, you’re an athlete. We’re looking for a **Lead, Logistics Process Manager** to join our **North America 3PL Business Integration** team, where you’ll help power the future of sport through operational excellence. You will be a catalyst for innovation, driving strategy deployment, building cutting-edge logistics capabilities, and championing continuous improvement across our 3PL distribution network. Your work will help ensure Nike athletes get what they need — faster, smarter, and more sustainably.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will:
+ **Design, launch, and optimize** capabilities and processes within Nike’s NA 3PL distribution network to improve speed, quality, service, and athlete experience.
+ **Lead the onboarding of new 3PL sites** , from planning and capability building to operational readiness and training.
+ **Map dependencies and sequence implementation** of short- and mid-term strategic initiatives for maximum impact.
+ Drive **continuous improvement** through root cause analysis and cross-functional problem-solving.
+ **Communicate with influence** across Nike’s matrixed organization, ensuring alignment from leadership to front-line teams.
+ Develop and deliver **process documentation, training, and change management** to ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working.
+ Identify and escalate **risks, issues, and opportunities** to leadership with clarity and data-backed insight.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll team up with leaders across Marketplace Supply Chain, Engineering and Facilities Maintenance, Transportation, Finance, Tech, Legal, DEI, Sustainability, and Integrated Fulfillment Planning. Together, you’ll shape and drive a supply chain strategy that delivers on our performance goals and meets the evolving expectations of our consumers.
WHAT YOU BRING
+ **Bachelor’s** Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, project management, customer service, or continuous improvement.
+ **Next-level process and project management skills** — you move fast, adapt on the fly, and cut through complexity to deliver results.
+ **Data fluency** — you have a high comfort level with numbers, find the root cause, and turn raw data into actionable insight and winning business cases.
+ **Tech-ready mindset** — you’re comfortable with tools, automation, warehouse management systems, warehouse control systems, various reporting platforms, and can support the business in integration work.
+ **A voice that carries** — confident, clear, and able to influence everyone from cross-functional teammates to senior leaders.
+ **Workshop leadership that inspires** — you drive alignment, keep teams locked in, and push projects across the finish line.
+ E **xperience guiding project teams, coaching talent, and collaborating seamlessly** — in person and virtually — across every level of our organization.
+ **Sharp written and verbal skills** — you turn complex ideas into clear documentation and actionable project artifacts.
+ **Ability to navigate intricate and matrixed org structures** — from distribution centers to 3PL partners to internal teams — and making them work in sync.
+ **Comfort with ambiguity** — you work hard to bring clarity, structure, and momentum when things get messy.
+ **Bonus points** for experience with 3PL logistics partners, distribution centers, or lean process improvement.
+ **Willingness to travel 20–40%,** project-dependent.
