Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Oklahoma City, OK

Pay Range: $60,908

What's the Job?

+ Ensure equipment uptime through troubleshooting and repair of production machinery

+ Perform repairs on injection molders, blow molders, fillers, cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers

+ Maintain and troubleshoot facilities and auxiliary equipment such as chillers, air compressors, and water filtration systems

+ Work collaboratively with machine operators, supervisors, and maintenance team members to resolve mechanical issues

+ Document repairs, parts, and material usage accurately and report issues promptly

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in a maintenance environment or similar manufacturing setting

+ Experience managing people and projects for at least 4 years

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics

+ Proficiency with shop tools and precision measuring equipment

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
