Our client, a leader in manufacturing and plant operations, is seeking a Production Technician - Dahlgren, IL to join their team. As a Production Technician - Dahlgren, IL, you will be part of the operations team supporting plant activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $17.5

Shift:

What's the Job?

+ Perform a variety of tasks associated with general plant operations throughout the season

+ Set up and monitor highly automated equipment for processes such as harvest, conditioning, treating, and packing

+ Conduct conditioning activities including sizing, gravity operation, bagging, and palletizing

+ Participate in return and rework activities to ensure quality standards

+ Assist with warehousing activities such as forklift operation, sample collection, and pooling

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or GED preferred; some manufacturing or agriculture experience is advantageous

+ Willingness to work in various areas including plant and warehouse environments

+ Ability to climb and work in elevated areas; stand and sit for extended periods

+ Comfort working outdoors and indoors in diverse weather conditions

+ Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive motions
