    Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Freight Handler / Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Freight Handler / Forklift Operator, you will be part of the operations department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Freight Handler / Forklift Operator

    **Location:** Hayward, CA

     

    Pay Range: $22.00/hr

     

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Move product and material using various manual or equipment operations.

    + Verify information, prepare orders, and complete appropriate documents.

    + Operate a forklift when required and ensure safe handling of materials.

    + Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.

    + Assist with training and providing basic work instructions to new hires or transfers.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Forklift experience is required.

    + Ability to work the 3pm-11pm shift, Monday to Friday.

    + Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and material handling.

    + Ability to operate hand tools and perform basic maintenance tasks.

    + Commitment to ensuring a safe and effective work environment.
