Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Machine Operator in Waukesha, WI to join their dynamic team. As a 1st Shift Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** 1st Shift Machine Operators Waukesha, WI

**Location:** Waukesha, WI

**Pay Range:** $17

**Shift:** 7:00am - 3:00pm

What's the Job?

+ Load, inspect, and process parts using hands-on instructions, visual aids, and quality alerts on modern machining centers.

+ Verify design features and tolerances with frequent inspections using CMM, air probes, and gaging tools.

+ Make minor offsets and tool changes to maintain stability and quality standards.

+ Assist with basic material preparation to support the manufacturing process.

+ Perform physical tasks including lifting bins weighing 5-8 pounds and walking throughout the shift.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; training provided.

+ Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and walking.

+ Willingness to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality.

+ Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
