    Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Tech Support to join their team. As a Tech Support, you will be part of the support department supporting the client support team. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Tech Support-Japanese

    **Duration** - through 11/30/2026

    **Location:** New York, NY 10172

    **Pay Range:** $45-50hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide guidance and explanations on migration procedures and how to use the new system

    + Respond to customer inquiries related to the migration process via phone and email

    + Update customer-facing materials such as migration guides, FAQs, and support documentation

    + Track customer migration progress and conduct follow-ups to ensure smooth transitions

    + Escalate technical issues or concerns to internal teams and coordinate resolutions

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + **Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English (mandatory)**

    + **Strong common sense and general communication skills (mandatory)**

    + **Ability to respond flexibly to changing situations (mandatory)**

    + **Experience in banking (if possible)**

    + **Experience in customer support (if possible)**
