As a **Security Officer - CRE Patrol Monitor** in **San Carlos, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor the premises for unusual activity or security-related issues, reporting observations in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

+ Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site guidelines.

+ Document and report all incidents and security-related concerns according to company and site-specific requirements.

+ Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed during emergencies or incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
