What You'll Do:

+ Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the healthcare location, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, patients, and visitors.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

+ Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and any interactions as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
