As a **Security Officer - Bank Patrol Driving Role** in **Brooklyn, NY** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and communicate professionally with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns.

+ Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences as required by site protocols.

+ Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment within the financial institution setting.

+ Provide guidance and assistance to visitors and employees as needed, upholding a welcoming and secure atmosphere.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.

+ Supervisory experience is required.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
