Our client, a leading logistics organization, is seeking a Logistics Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the logistics operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Logistics Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Pharr, TX
Pay Range: $11.00
Shift: 50+ hours per week. 7AM to 5/6PM
What's the Job?
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
+ Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
+ Assist with scheduling, tracking, and coordinating shipments.
+ Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and account details.
+ Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
+ Customer service experience required, preferably in a logistics or transportation setting.
+ Stable work history with proven reliability.
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
