Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a Warehouse Assembly to join their dedicated team. As a Warehouse Assembly, you will be an integral part of the production support team, contributing to efficient assembly processes and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Warehouse assembly

**Location:** BURLINGTON, IA

Pay Range:

**Shift:** 1st and 2nd Shift: Regular hours: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Weekday OT: Start at 1:30 p.m. Saturday OT: 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

What's the Job?

+ Assemble components using crimping and saw techniques, ensuring precision and quality.

+ Operate assembly tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

+ Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.

+ Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with standards.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; training will be provided.

+ Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.

+ Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
