Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Contact Center Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Contact Center Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Contact Center team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Senior Contact Center Specialist
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension/conversion
Pay Range:$22/hr on W2
What's the Job?
+ Support a payment migration project by assisting customers through inbound and outbound communication
+ Provide white glove customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients
+ Perform back-office maintenance and data mining to facilitate client data migration
+ Research and verify information listed in online applications for data accuracy and cleanup
+ Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, offering expert advice and solutions
What's Needed?
+ Strong Excel skills and basic understanding of data analytics
+ Experience with customer service platforms and online banking portals, such as Access Optima
+ Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
+ Ability to work onsite in East Providence, RI, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET
+ Training experience or familiarity with client training is desirable
