    Our client, CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance technician, you will be supporting engineering staff in lighting, plumbing, industrial systems, equipment and general repairs. The ideal candidate will have problem solving skills, customer service and time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Pay Range:** $32.00

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Supporting engineering staff in lighting, plumbing, industrial systems, equipment and general repairs.

    + Maintaining small to medium-sized buildings,industrial systems, and equipment.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Previous maintenance experience.

    + Commercial plumbing skills

    + Commercial lighting skills
