    Warehouse Operations Associate (Small Business) – Flexible Hours!

     

    Adecco is assisting a growing small business in Santa Clara, CA in looking for a reliable, hands-on **Warehouse Operations Associate** to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy a mix of physical work, order fulfillment, and keeping things organized, this is a great opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team! Flexible Hours: Monday to Friday $25.00 an hour.

    What You’ll Do

    + **Pick, pack, and ship** consumer and retail orders with accuracy and care

    + **Create shipping labels** using our online order system (basic computer skills required)

    + Follow packing guidelines to ensure every order is shipped correctly

    + **Keep the warehouse clean and organized**

    + Assist in general warehouse operations — working independently to grow and improve the business

    What We’re Looking For

    + Prior warehouse and/or shipping experience (we’re not looking for someone brand new to the field)

    + Ability to lift up to **44 lbs** (5-gallon containers); all other items are lightweight

    + Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift

    + Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and on-time shipping

    + Comfortable using computers for order processing and printing labels

    + Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed

    Schedule

    + **Flexible 15–30 hours per week**

    + Some weeks may require additional hours depending on workload

    + Ideal for someone who can be flexible and enjoys a changing pace

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
