Job Description

• As a Marketing Producer, you drive outcomes for content creation and production projects within a PA or one or more content or media projects across PAs, impacting key results and driving content creation and production processes.

• The position involves production, specifically 2D print and 3D production, requiring the individual to partner with the creative team on prototyping and rolling out new programs for Client’s store retail locations

• Availability of working in the Mountain View office is key due to hands-on work with prototypes and samples.

• Role encompasses end-to-end project management, including developing workback schedules, managing budgets, obtaining supplier pricing for various marketing materials like signage and three-dimensional trays, and attending weekly status meetings.

• Ideal candidate needs a combination of production and PGM experience as someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on details, tolerating ambiguity

• They focus on marketing materials—like paper signs, comparison charts, dimensional displays in cabinets, trays, and 3D dimensional stands for products—rather than large fixtures, sometimes exploring new materials like acrylic for signage.

• The profile for the role involves someone with experience in a high-touch, high-end retail environment, such as the curated and high-quality aesthetic of Client’s Store, drawing a comparison to her own background in retail apparel from Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy.

• Retail background is helpful and software from companies like Samsung, Apple, or Microsoft would be a "nice to have"

• Candidate does not need a technical background, they would be using Client’s suites, which she had to learn herself upon joining Client’s, having previously used Microsoft suite.

• **Minimum Qualifications**

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of experience in 2D print production and/or 3D point of purchase display development, preferably with consumer electronic products in a design agency or corporate environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, budgets, and schedules in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, fabrication techniques, and the print production process.

• **Preferred Qualifications**

• Advanced proficiency in stakeholder and vendor relationship management, including complex negotiations.

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to long-term production strategy, not just execute on briefs.

• Strong operational skills, including advanced budget tracking and familiarity with procurement systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, calm under pressure, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

**Pay Details:** $90.00 per hour
