Adecco is seeking entry level Welders for a client in Bloomfield, NY. Available Shifts:
+ 1st Shift 6:00am – 2:30pm M-F ($20.00/hr. to $25.00/hr.)
Responsibilities:
+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal components and assemblies according to specifications
+ Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
+ Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
+ Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with company and customer standards
+ Perform grinding, fitting, and finishing as needed
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies
+ Work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1 year welder experience preferred
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to read and interpret work instructions
