Machine Operator
**Pay Rate:** $18.00-$19.00 per hour
**Schedule:** Swing shift, rotating 12-hour shifts (monthly days/nights rotation)
Job Overview
We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to learn and lead in a production setting.
Ideal candidates will bring previous experience in machine operation or mechanical environments. We are looking for individuals with solid tenure ship, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
+ Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing machinery and production equipment
+ Perform routine machine setups, changeovers, and basic mechanical troubleshooting
+ Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
+ Maintain accurate production logs and documentation
+ Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
+ Communicate machine or production issues to supervisors in a timely manner
+ Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive shift environment
+ Support continuous improvement efforts to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
Qualifications
+ Previous machine operating experience required (manufacturing environment preferred)
+ Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
+ Strong work history with stable job tenures - no frequent job-hopping
+ Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed)
+ Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to professionalism
+ Ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
