ABOUT THIS ROLE
The HR Technology Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the technology and systems that support the organization's human resources functions. This includes selecting, implementing, and maintaining HR-related software, databases, and tools to enable efficient and effective HR service delivery. The HR Technology Lead partners closely with the HR team, IT department, and other stakeholders to ensure the HR technology ecosystem meets the organization's needs.
As a HR Technology Lead, you will…
- Assess the organization's HR technology needs and develop a strategic roadmap to enhance HR capabilities through technology
- Research, evaluate, and recommend HR technology solutions (e.g. HRIS, applicant tracking, performance management, learning management, etc.)
- Manage the implementation of new HR technology, ensuring a smooth transition and appropriate documentation
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the organization's HR technology systems, providing support and guidance to HR team members
- Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, and coordinate with vendors/IT to maintain optimal functionality
- Lead the HR technology team, overseeing projects, setting priorities, and developing staff capabilities

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- 10+ years of experience in HR technology management, preferably in a lead or supervisory role
- Knowledge of HR software and systems, including HRIS, applicant tracking, performance management, and learning management
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and best practices

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $117,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $193,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
