Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer – Drive Transformation, Own Impact

This is a senior -level position for engineers who thrive on autonomy, precision, and speed. You’ll need deep technical fluency, strong ownership, and the ability to execute effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Do
+ Rapidly gain fluency in a 2M+ line VB.NET codebase and help evolve it for today’s needs.
+ Build and enhance our C# middle layer using Entity Framework Core.
+ Design and implement full-feature solutions in collaboration with our product owner.
+ Triage and resolve critical, high-stakes bugs.
+ Own integrations with third-party APIs (UPS, Vertex, FedEx, Twilio).
+ Collaborate with other top-tier developers to raise the bar for the platform.

Requirements
+ 8+ years of professional experience in full stack .NET development
+ Expertise in both legacy systems and modern C#/EF Core patterns
+ Located within ~4 hours of Nicholasville, KY
+ Able to work Eastern Time Zone hours for real-time collaboration
+ Open to onsite strategy sessions 1–2 times per year
+ Experience with legacy code migrations
+ Proven success in high-urgency environments
+ Systems thinking and architecture-level insight

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $63.00/hr.
