    Join a leading multidisciplinary engineering firm as a Civil Engineer in the land development team based in Leesburg, VA. This role involves preparing site design plans, site layouts, zoning plans, and stormwater calculations for land development submissions. You will perform site development and design, manage stormwater, prepare plans, conduct grading, and write reports while collaborating with various teams.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare site design plans for client review and submission to various local jurisdictions.

    + Develop site layouts, zoning plans, site gradings, and stormwater calculations for land development submissions.

    + Execute site development and design tasks.

    + Manage stormwater, prepare plans, conduct grading, and write reports.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and disciplines.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-4+ years of civil engineering experience in land development projects.

    + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is highly preferred.

    + Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D software.

    + Passed FE / EIT certification is preferred.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in Land Development Design using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

    + Experience in Storm Sewer Design, Sanitary Sewer Design, Waterline layout, and Site Grading.

    + Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification or plans to obtain it is preferred.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Leesburg, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
