    Quality Assurance Specialist – Analytical Compliance (Relocation Offered!)

    What You’ll Do:

    + Review and confirm compliance for raw materials, in-process, and finished product analytical documents.

    + Monitor and ensure adherence to current Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP) during routine operations.

    + Verify laboratory chemicals, reagents, and standards for accuracy and completeness against SOPs.

    + Review audit trails and data to ensure compliance with SOPs.

    + Coordinate with analytical laboratory teams to provide required documentation to cross-functional groups.

    + Maintain and track incoming documents with proper storage and archival.

    + Identify gaps in systems during routine monitoring and recommend improvements.

    + Participate in investigations and incident reviews to ensure proper compliance.

    + Support departmental and cross-functional projects as assigned.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    + 1–3 years of experience in analytical or analytical QA roles.

    + Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, and analytical laboratory activities (API, drug products, QC).

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality systems software.

    + Ability to work flexible shifts (day/evening) and occasional weekends as needed.

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $75400.00/yr.
