Process Engineer
Job Description
As a Process Engineer at our Valencia location, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the business. You will work cross-functionally with operations, quality, and design engineering professionals engaged in production support, automation, and lean activities to ensure our products meet functional, performance, reliability, and quality requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including other company sites, will be essential to achieve the organization's goals.
Responsibilities
+ Participate in assembly and test reviews, optimizing production processes through time studies and lean initiatives to drive a continuous improvement environment.
+ Support efforts in the development and environmental qualification of LRU assets and acceptance test equipment.
+ Support maintenance and safety programs and activities to ensure the highest level of safety and efficiency of our machines.
+ Resolve any issues related to the on-time shipment of our various product lines.
+ Work closely with other company sites and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment on engineering strategies.
+ Ensure that all engineering activities adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering
+ Minimum of 3+ years’ experience within the aerospace or related industry, with hands-on experience in a production environment.
+ Strong experience in test equipment design, test engineering, environmental qualification, and manufacturing is a plus.
+ Excellent planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a production environment.
+ Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Environment
You will work on the floor setting up a new line that is going into production. You will report to a supervisor overseeing all design, process, and manufacturing engineering. You will collaborate with another process engineer we are recruiting for the same project and interact with design, manufacturing, production managers, and program managers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $57.69/hr.
