Job Summary and Responsibilities
Our next RN Residency program start date will begin March 2026. Completion will be based on 100% validation of competencies during your clinical hours. Our target candidates are nurses who have graduated within one year prior to the start of the program and who have not previously worked as a registered nurse or interim permittee.

Overview:
The New Graduate Residency Program features a challenging program, blending classroom didactics with clinical experience and unit socialization. This program is for recent graduates of RN programs who have graduated within one year prior to the start of the program.
Job Requirements
+ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing within the past 12 months from start of program.
+ 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.
+ An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state they will be practicing (interim permits cannot be accepted) upon hire.
+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required prior to the start of program.
+ Other Certs will be needed dependent upon Unit requirements (ACLS, PALS, etc)
+ Additional Certifications to be required based on department selection.

Pay Range
$56.99 - $76.01 /hour
