The Sales Coordinator is an essential member of the Walmart customer team, supporting flawless execution across item setup, data sharing agreements, and customer-facing deliverables. This role ensures all details are accurately managed in Walmart and internal systems while also coordinating samples, mock-ups, and ad hoc requests. The Coordinator partners closely with Sales, Category, and Supply Chain to keep processes moving smoothly and enable the team to focus on driving growth with Walmart.
How you will contribute
Item Setup & Maintenance
+ Manage Walmart Confections item setup process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of item forms and data entry in Retail Link, NOVA, Item 360, PIM, and internal ERP systems.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to collect item specs, pack sizes, pricing, and product details required for setup.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve setup errors or discrepancies to avoid delays.
+ Maintain and update item catalogs, including pack changes and discontinuations.
Data Governance & Agreements
+ Support the administration of Third Party Agreements (TPAs) for Walmart data sharing, including tracking renewals, expirations, and compliance.
+ Coordinate with internal data governance and IT teams to ensure access is current and accurate.
+ Maintain clear and organized records of agreements and data-sharing documentation.
Customer Execution & Ad Hoc Support
+ Coordinate and ship product samples to Walmart layout centers, buyers, and internal stakeholders.
+ Develop product mock-ups, presentation visuals, and line review materials to support the Sales team.
+ Respond quickly to ad hoc requests such as reporting needs, data pulls, or sell-in documents.
+ Ensure all executional needs for customer meetings and events are prepared on time and error-free.
Process & Team Support
+ Maintain trackers and simple dashboards for item setup timelines, sample coordination, and TPA status.
+ Provide regular updates to Sales team on progress of item setups, contracts, and customer requests.
+ Support continuous improvement by identifying common pain points and suggesting simple process enhancements.
+ Serve as the first point of contact for executional questions on Walmart systems, item setup, and data sharing.

What extra ingredients you will bring:
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
+ 1–2 years of experience in CPG, retail, or sales support roles (internships or customer service background also considered).
+ Familiarity with Walmart systems (Retail Link, NOVA, Item 360) a plus but not required.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ Excellent coordination and communication skills.
+ Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Work schedule:** This is a full-time hybrid position based at our Sales office in Rogers, AR.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $77,300 to $106,150; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
