• Logistics Manager – Mobile Emergency Shelter Transport

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 annually

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled **Logistics Manager** to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mobile emergency shelter transport operations. This role is critical to ensuring rapid deployment and support during disaster response and community emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinate transport operations for mobile emergency shelters across multiple regions.

+ Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficiency and readiness.

+ Manage fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance oversight.

+ Supervise and train logistics staff to maintain operational excellence.

+ Collaborate with emergency response teams, government agencies, and community partners.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and organizational policies.

Preferred experience

+ Military service with logistics or operations experience.

+ Fire department or police experience with proven crisis management skills.

+ Professional logistics management in transportation, supply chain, or emergency response.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Emergency Management, or related field (preferred).

+ 5+ years of logistics experience with increasing responsibility.

+ Strong leadership skills and ability to perform under pressure.

+ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

+ Proficiency with logistics software and fleet management systems.
