    Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

     

    _(Mechanical, Electronic, or Medical Industry)_

    Pay:

    $20–$24 per hour

    + Weekly pay

    + 15% shift differential for 2nd shift

    Shifts Available:

    + **1st Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

    + **2nd Shift:** 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Mon–Thu)

    Job Summary:

    Mechanical Assemblers are across three different assembly departments. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled environment assembling precision components for industries such as medical, agricultural, and government applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assemble components in one of the following departments:

    + Epoxy Machine in Magnet Assembly

    + Gear Motor

    + Medical or Electronics Assembly

    + Use hand and power tools to assemble brakes, clutches, and gear motors.

    + Read and interpret blueprints for accurate assembly.

    + Work with small parts and complex assemblies with attention to detail.

    + Potential for advancement into Electronic or Gearmotor assembly roles.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications:

    + Minimum **1 year of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience** .

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Mechanical aptitude (e.g., hobby auto mechanics or medical assembly experience).

    + Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and soldering techniques.

    + Experience in mechanical repair and light assembly.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $26.45/hr.
