Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

Lead and oversee the 2nd shift maintenance team, focusing on electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, and maintenance of industrial equipment. This role involves mentoring a crew of 3-5 maintenance technicians, scheduling workloads, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

+ Perform electrical troubleshooting on industrial equipment.

+ Conduct PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.

+ Lead and mentor the 2nd shift crew of maintenance technicians.

+ Schedule and manage the workload of maintenance staff.

+ Report and communicate effectively with management.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.

+ Experience with PLCs and industrial equipment maintenance.

+ Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and gears.

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

Work in a cabinet manufacturing setting with long lines of cabinet making processes, focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of industrial equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
