Job Description

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, including both sit-down and stand-up models. This position involves using RF scanners for picking and packing orders, as well as loading and unloading trucks. You will also be responsible for putting materials away and staging products. This role requires comfort with heights, as some equipment will take you to the top of shelving units. Please note that forklift certification is required and will be provided on the job.

Responsibilities

+ Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

+ Use RF scanners for picking and packing orders.

+ Load and unload trucks.

+ Put materials away and stage products.

+ Work comfortably at heights using equipment.

+ Complete other warehouse duties while awaiting forklift certification.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in warehouse picking and packing.

+ Comfortable operating forklifts (sit-down and stand-up).

+ Ability to use RF scanners and pallet jacks.

+ Experience with inventory management and packaging.

Work Environment

This is a 1st shift position, working Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2 pm, with potential overtime on Saturdays. Join a dynamic work environment where teamwork and personal growth are valued.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Mills, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.60 - $22.85/hr.
