• Job Title: CNC Programmer/Machinist

• Location: Naples, FL

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Employment Type: Full-Time

•** **Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer/Machinist to

join our precision manufacturing team in Naples, FL. In this role, you will

program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality titanium

components for advanced applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on titanium

machining experience, strong programming skills, and a commitment to accuracy,

efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

+ Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software and G-code

+ Set up CNC machines including tooling, fixturing, and material loading

+ Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture titanium parts to exact specifications

+ Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards

+ Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs or setups as needed

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area while following strict safety protocols

+ Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and resolve issues

Qualifications

+ Minimum 3 years of CNC programming and machining experience, preferably with titanium

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T

+ Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)

+ Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and tooling

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
