Hiring Construction Laborer – Everett, WA

**Pay:** $24–$32/hr (DOE)

**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (OT available Fridays)

**Join our team as an** **Assembler** , working with metal cladding, insulation, and steel components to build structural panels per detailed specifications. Ideal candidates have experience in carpentry, roofing, material handling, and mechanical assembly, with a strong focus on safety and organization.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble structural metal building panels in a shop setting.

+ Operate hand and power tools efficiently.

+ Use measuring tools (tape measure, square) with precision.

+ Safely handle materials and assist with suspended loads.

+ Follow work instructions and meet deadlines.

+ Keep work area clean and safe.

+ Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

+ Skilled in sheet metal fabrication, repair, assembly, and installation.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in siding, roofing, metalworking, or assembly trades.

+ Proficient with standard shop equipment.

+ Accurate measurement skills (down to 1/16 inch).

+ High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.

+ Ability to choose and operate correct tools.

+ Positive attitude and strong teamwork.

+ Familiarity with role prior to interview.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
