    Job Title: Material Handler

    **Pay:** $21/hour (weekly pay)

    **Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

     

    About the Role

As a Material Handler, you’ll be at the center of operations in a **fast-paced, high-volume environment** , ensuring materials flow smoothly from receiving to shipping. You’ll operate forklifts, manage inventory, and support packaging and order fulfillment — all while working with a team that values accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

    What You’ll Do

    + Receive, allocate, and stage products throughout the warehouse

    + Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials safely and efficiently

    + Pick and package orders with precision to meet customer expectations

    + Enter material moves and allocations into the **Oracle system** for accurate tracking

    + Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy

    + Use RF scanners to track and scan parts throughout the day

    + Hand-package and label products for shipment

    + Assemble or crate finished products using hand and power tools

    + Record and report rejected or flawed parts in the company database

    + Work on your feet and lift up to 70 lbs in a fast-paced environment

    What We’re Looking For

    + 1+ years of experience in a high-volume warehouse environment

    + Skilled in order picking, packaging, and inventory control

    + Experience using RF scanners and Oracle or similar ERP systems

    + Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 70 lbs

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
