Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. This role is an excellent opportunity for those with a passion for production and a desire to work in a dynamic environment. Positions are available in various departments, including molding, assembly, forklift/AGV operation, and quality inspection. We offer competitive hourly wages and a supportive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities depend on department

+ **Assembly and molding** Operate machinery and equipment within the molding and assembly departments.

+ **In warehouse/AGV** Perform forklift, requiring previous forklift experience.

+ **Quality** Conduct quality inspections, including reading rulers, scales, and distinguishing color variances.

+ Assist in the production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

+ Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in operating production machinery and equipment.

+ Ability to speak, understand, and read English.

+ Experience in forklift operation.

+ Competency in using measurement tools such as rulers and scales.

+ Capability to distinguish color variances.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bilingual in Spanish is beneficial, not needed, for assembly department roles.

+ Flexible availability to work on assigned shifts and days off.

+ Willingness to work overtime as needed.

General Production and Quality spots pay $17/hr on 1st shift, $18/hr on 2nd and 3rd shifts (+$1/hr for weekends)

**_Forklift Operators also needed!_** $19/hr on 1st, $20/hr on 2nd or 3rd shifts (+$1/hr on weekends)

+ Drexel experience preferred

+ Primarily sit down, some standing

Work Environment

The work environment includes shifts across the 2nd and 3rd shifts, with specific days off depending on the department. The molding department operates on a 1st shift, while assembly and quality inspection positions are available during the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Hourly wages vary depending on shifts, with additional pay for weekend work. Team orientations occur on Tuesdays, with assigned shifts commencing on Wednesdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grandview, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
