Job Description
+ Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems to ensure safe and efficient aircraft operation
+ Repair power systems, motors, and other aircraft components using industry-standard practices
+ Replace defective parts with precision, utilizing hand tools and power tools
+ Inspect and test replacement aircraft parts to verify quality and compliance with safety standards
+ Interpret maintenance manuals to identify and execute correct repair procedures
Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong interest in maintenance repair and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) procedures
+ Ability to follow technical manuals and safety guidelines
+ Hands-on mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
+ Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
+ No prior experience required — training provided
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
