Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and dedicated team player to join our team as a Technician. You will be involved in pre-installation works, installation, and de-installation of highly sensitive and precision machines in a cleanroom environment. This role requires consistent travel to Dallas, Portland, and potentially other locations, with a home base in Phoenix, Arizona. Travel may constitute 75% or more of the year based on business needs.
Responsibilities
+ Pay attention to details and escalate any discrepancies, issues, or problems during job progress.
+ Work compensated extra hours when required due to unforeseen work environments and schedules.
+ Work at heights and in narrow spaces without reservations.
+ Conduct tool box meetings and delegate daily job tasks.
+ Manage daily job task progress and ensure on-job training for special job tasks.
+ Oversee the entire project for a particular site and enforce 5S principles.
+ Prepare and submit Work-In-Progress Reports.
+ Liaise with Customer Service for travel and lodging plans for interstate travel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 6+ months of experience in environments involving hands-on work such as building, tearing down, installing, or troubleshooting parts, products, or machines.
+ Effective interpersonal and communication skills, especially in a diverse team with cultural differences.
+ Adaptability to work with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds.
+ Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
+ Education: Associate Degree with Technical focus, Technical Certificates, High School with Industry-linked Certificate, or Ex-Military/Trade School background.

Work Environment
You will be working primarily in a cleanroom environment, requiring adherence to gowning protocols and readiness to work long hours. The role involves substantial travel, with stays averaging 3-6 weeks at different sites, including some international travel. During travel, you will receive a $60/day per diem, have your own hotel room, and share a car with three others. The work schedule is typically three days on followed by three days off, with shifts lasting over 12 hours, mainly during the day, with occasional night shifts. All tools are provided, and you are not required to bring any.

This is a Permanent position based out of Chandler, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $54080.00/yr.
Will be working in a clean room at Intel, must be willing to gown up in clean room gear. Will be in the clean room 90% of the time. Intel Chandler, Phoenix TSMC, Dallas Samsung. Must be open to travel to Texas and Oregon.
There will be some travel outside of the US as well.
Will travel to different sites for on average 3-6 weeks at at time. Must be willing to be gone from home for a good chunk of the year.
- During travel will get a $60/day per diem
- They will have their own hotel room during their travel.
- Will be sharing a car with a group of 3 others upon arrival.
Shift:
USUALLY THIS ROLE IS 3 DAYS ON AND THEN 3 DAYS OFF. ON THE 3 DAYS THEY WORK 12+ HOURS.

- Must be able to work OT and and take shifts from others.
- this will mostly be day shift hours with some very occasional night shift hours.
